Sweet jellybeans on the moon! Its finally happened! For the longest time, I've been a bit... well down, on doing any new pieces. I was having too hard a time dealing with a laptop mouse pad and the rigors of coloring works with it. Yesterday was the greatest day in my years as a self-considered artist: my roommate, my best friend, my absolute partner in crime, Katie, bought me a tablet for a very, very early birthday gift! I laughed, I cried and then I proceeded to paint a piece I'd had waiting for such an occasion for the rest of the evening. Needless to say, there will be many, many more going up in my gallery in the near future, including my first with the glorious aid of the tablet. It will be entitled Sora's Blue, drawn by a bloke named Matt and colored by myself. It should be up within the next day, as soon as I get all the necessary information from Matt (links and the like.) Next step: Digital camera! ^_^
